Material Qualification

All raw materials—including engineering plastics, metal substrates, and electronic components—are sourced exclusively from IATF 16949-certified suppliers. Each batch is accompanied by RoHS/REACH/MSDS documentation and verified via spectral analysis. (Aligned with ISO 9001 Clause 8.4 - Control of externally provided processes, products and services)

Process Capability Monitoring

Critical processes (injection molding, electroplating, SMT assembly) are monitored via SPC with CPK ≥ 1.33. 100% of cosmetic parts undergo Automated Optical Inspection (AOI). (Aligned with ISO 9001 Clause 8.5.1 - Control of production and service provision)

End-to-End Traceability

Unique QR code per batch enables full traceability—from production parameters and QC records to logistics tracking—enabling rapid recall and root cause analysis. (Aligned with ISO 9001 Clause 8.5.2 - Identification and traceability)
